The objective is to rapidly enter local markets with focus on Hightech, CleanTech or SaaS solutions. This involves implementing a sales and marketing strategy while leveraging access to a renowned network of early adopters in these sectors.

A seasoned sales executive will act as a Trusted Advisor and Projectmanager to guide the new business development process and delivers independent market and customer feedback.

 

The sales team will also consist of a project manager and one or two sales representatives, ensuring a structured and account-based approach to new business development.

 

This Sales as a Service strategy aims to minimize costs and risks, while maximizing scalability and market adoption.The focus will be on The Netherlands, Germany and/or Belgium and the top accounts within a maximum of 3 distinct (horizontal or vertical) markets. We establish transparent and scalable processes, utilizing HubSpot, Excel, or a preferred CRM application.
