With over 20 years of experience spanning new business and sales development, sales management and sales recruitment, Sander Leuftink brings an unmatched blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and entrepreneurial spirit to the table.
As a Senior Sales Manager and New Business Developer, Sander excels in opening doors, consultative selling, consistently delivering solutions that drive growth and create impact. His proficiency in managing key accounts and pioneering new business initiatives has led to significant revenue growth across sectors, particularly within the clean energy industry.
His track record includes establishing successful business partnerships and managing major accounts in the b2b industrial and energy sectors and also empowering start-ups and SMEs with tailored market- and sales development strategies.
At Nedap NV in his role as New Business Developer, he successfully built a sales network in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium from scratch and contributed to the professionalization of the business unit Energy Systems.

Sascha Leuftink
Both the symbiosis and tension between international marketing and sales is a constant source of inspiration for Sascha. Business Development connects both and also links up with other disciplines within the company, focused on growth!
After a long international career in the FMCG sector (including HAK, Heinz, De Zuivelhoeve, LambWeston), Sascha now enjoys inspiring a new generation to take up the profession. As a lecturer at a University of Applied Sciences, he also remains connected to the business world through TUN., so that he can continue to inspire students with stories from the field. Based on his experience in both business and education, he strongly believes in the practical power of theory and the theoretical power of practice.

Erik Eggert
Over 20 years of marketing, communications, and sales experience with companies and organizations in the B2B and B2C sectors. In 2006, he took the leap into independent entrepreneurship and co-founded LimeSquare Brand Improvement, and co-founded Clearscope in 2009. He is an enthusiastic, open, and ambitious bridge-builder between people, organizations, brands, and markets. Erik worked internationally for six years, including three years in the German market. He has a deep interest in German-speaking markets and a keen eye for (branding)details. As a dedicated entrepreneur, he gets the best out of people and markets, being gentle on relationships and tough on content. His personal ambition is to achieve structural growth for our fellow entrepreneurs.
