    Our mentoring is not just vague talk, but a targeted approach to increase your impact. We focus on three concrete pillars to take your sales to the next level:
    1. Strategy (OGSM): We first look at the foundation. Do we have a clear plan? We use methodologies such as OGSM (Objective, Goals, Strategies, Measures) to ensure we are on the right course and to make goals measurable.
    2. Story (The narrative): Is your proposition relevant to the customer? Especially in HighTech and Cleantech, companies often get lost in technical specifications instead of relevant stories. We help you translate the story into value for the customer, so it truly resonates.
    3. Sales (Execution): Ultimately, it comes down to execution. How do you conduct the conversation? How do you close the deal? We coach ‘on the job’ to sharpen actual sales skills. In doing so, we also look at natural behavior and existing strengths (DISC analysis).
